Jayashankar Bhupalpally (Acharya Jayashankar) District is carved out of erstwhile Warangal District, began with the establishment of Jayashankar Bhupalpally Government Medical College, in 2023 named after Telangana ideologue, Prof. K. Jayashankar sir. Government Medical College, Jayashankar Bhupalpally is a large area established itself to be a green environmental town, with all modern amenities conducive to student learning.
